Outlet-wise Stock Availability

Purpose: The Stock Availability screen is designed to check the available stock for a specific item in a specific outlet. It helps users quickly verify inventory levels before processing sales, transfers, or stock-related decisions.  



Steps to Check Stock Availability:

Step 1. Navigate to Inventory → Click on More → Select Stock Availability.  

 

 

Step 2. Click on "Location" → Choose the required Location.


 

Step 3. Select the "Search By" Option. In the Search By dropdown, select one of the following:

  • Item Name

  • Item Code

  • Alias Code


 

Step 4. Enter the corresponding Item Name/Code/Alias Code based on your selected search method.


Step 5. Click the Filter button to display the item details.


 

 

FAQ-




1. How to check the batch-wise stock details?

When you click the dropdown on the left corner of the item details, the stock details will be displayed batch-wise, allowing you to check the availability for each batch.

 

 

2. Can I check stock availability for multiple locations at once?  

Yes, you can check stock availability for multiple locations by selecting multiple outlets in the Location dropdown.
