Print Invoice in both English & Local Language

 

 

Purpose:

 

An invoice or bill is a document used to record a transaction between the buyer and the seller. Printing an invoice means keeping or storing a physical copy of the sale transaction. It includes the cost of the products purchased or services rendered to the buyer.

 

Benefits:

 

- Printed invoices are used for record-keeping and assessing tax liability.

- Printed documents are easy to read when compared to electronic documents.

 

 

Steps to configure the Print Invoice in both English & Local Language:

 

Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration

 


Step 2: Business Configuration screen will appear. Go to Common Settings > GoBill - Should Print both English and Local Language (Enable the checkbox) > Save.

 

 

 

Step 3: To map the Printer, go to Tools > Configuration > Device Settings

 

 

Step 4: Device Configuration screen will appear. Go to Print Profile Settings > Profile Selection - GST > Map the profile name of the printer - Enable the checkbox of Confirm & Regional Language > Ok. Click PrePrint Design to open Easy Print Tool.

 

 

Step 5: Easy Print Design screen will appear. Click Enable Editing.

Go to Profile Setting > Profile.

 


Step 6: Profile Setting screen will appear. Enable the checkbox GoBill & SellQuick Supported Profiles.
