Welcome to the Product Onboarding process.

Let's start with understanding the implementation duration for different packages. The implementation duration varies based on the package selected.

Next, it's essential to ensure that your system meet Gofrugal’s hardware and software requirements. This step sets the foundation for a smooth installation process. For more details on hardware requirements, click here

With the hardware ready, we proceed to the installation phase, which is guaranteed to be completed within 7 days to ensure timely deployment for your business.

Post-installation, the next focus is on Master readiness. This involves preparing all essential data for migration, such as items, suppliers, and customers.

For setting up print profiles, excel import, and migrating data from old software, additional service hours can be purchased to assist with these tasks.

For onsite implementations, customers will cover travel and accommodation costs for consultants, including both within and outside station expenses.

WhatsNow is an essential tool that will be installed for optimal system usage and effective communication.

Similarly, GoSecure will also be installed as per the purchase plan, providing an extra layer of security and functionality.
