How to view the Archived database?

Viewing Archive Data

Steps to View Archive Data
  1. Click Tools > Business Intelligence > Load Archive.
  2. A message Do you wish to Change to ARCHIVE Database? is displayed.



  3. Click Yes.
  4. The Archive Database screen is displayed.



    Note: In the Archive Data only report can be viewed and only the selected menus are available.
    Example: Sales, Old Reports, Reports, Alert, Tools and Exit menu.
Reverting back from Viewing Archive Data to Main Screen

Steps to get reverted from View Archive Data to Main Screen
  1. Click Tools > Business Intelligence > Load Archive.
  2. A message Do you wish to Change to MAIN Database? is displayed.



  3. Click Yes.
  4. The Main Database screen is displayed.



 Note: In the Main database you can perform your normal RPOS 6.5 task.
