The Discount Coupon Status History report in Gofrugal HQ provides complete tracking details of issued discount coupons.
This report helps businesses monitor the lifecycle of coupons, from issuance to redemption.
Information Available in the Report
The report displays the following details:
Coupon Name
Coupon Number / Serial Number
Coupon Type (Generated / Manual / Not Required)
Discount Type (Amount / Percentage)
Outlet Where Sold
Outlet Where Redeemed
Redemption Date
Coupon Value
Current Status (Active, Redeemed, Expired, etc.)
Purpose
Track coupon usage history
Monitor redemption trends
Identify misuse or duplicate redemption
Validate promotional performance
Audit coupon transactions
How to Check Discount Coupon Status History
Navigate to BPM > Customer Relationship Management > Discount Coupon Management > Discount Coupon Status History.
When the report is loaded on the screen:
Click on the Coupon Name filter option.
Select the filter condition as Contains.
Enter the required value (Coupon Name or partial name).
Click the Apply button.
The report will display only the records matching the entered coupon name criteria.
You will be able to view complete coupon-related details, including:
Coupon Name
Coupon Number
Coupon Type
Discount Type
Sold Outlet
Redeemed Outlet
Redeemed On (Date)
Coupon Value
Status
This provides full visibility into the lifecycle and usage history of the selected discount coupons.
Once the POS transactions are completed and coupons are utilized, the Discount Coupon Status History report will reflect the updated details accordingly.
The report will display:
The Outlet where the coupon was sold
The Outlet where the coupon was redeemed
The Redemption Date
The updated Status (e.g., Redeemed)
The corresponding Coupon Value
This allows you to verify coupon usage and track redemption activity accurately after POS transactions are processed.
