Redeem Gift Vouchers [HQ]
Redeem Gift Vouchers at RetailEasy6/ServeEasy outlets:
When the gift vouchers are sold at the outlet, they can be redeemed at any outlet.
Before Redeeming, the tender 'Redeem Gift Voucher' should be enabled. For the same follow the below steps:
Navigate Sales > Masters > Tender > Tender Type Master.
Click Change or press F4. The Select Tender type screen will be displayed.
In the Tender Type field, select Redeem Gift Voucher. Press the ENTER button.
In the Ledger Name field, press Enter and select the ledger Gift Vouchers Reimbursement from the list.
Uncheck the check box Hide Tender by pressing SPACE BAR.
Click Save or press F6.
Click Sales > Bill Entry.
In the Item Code field, press the ENTER button to select the items for billing.
In the Qty field, enter the value.
Press F6 or click Tender to generate the bill. The Tender screen will be displayed.
Select the Redeem Gift voucher option from the list.
In the Gift Voucher field, press ENTER. The Select gift voucher screen will be displayed. Select the gift voucher name and press ENTER.
In the Serial No field, enter the gift voucher serial number to be redeemed and press the ENTER button.
The details of the gift voucher will be displayed in the Denomination and Serial No. field, and the worth of the gift voucher is displayed in the Amount field.
Click Done. The gift vouchers will be redeemed at the outlet.
Note: If you try to redeem an already redeemed gift voucher, a message will be displayed that the gift voucher has already been redeemed.
