Sell Gift Vouchers at RetailEasy6/ServeEasy outlets

Use the gift voucher serial numbers to sell gift vouchers at the outlet.  

Steps to sell gift vouchers at the outlet are given below:

  1. Navigate Sales > Masters > Gift Voucher > Gift Voucher Issue/Sales. The Gift Voucher - Issue screen will be displayed.

  1. In the Gift Voucher field, press the ENTER button. The Select Gift Voucher screen will be displayed.

  2. Select the desired gift voucher name from the list.

  1. In the GV Serial number From and GV Serial number To fields, enter the range of gift voucher serial numbers which needs to be issued, then press the ENTER button.

  1. The fields Sno, Gift Voucher, Value and Serial No are read only and displays the gift voucher serial number details along with their values.

  2. Click the F6 Save button. The Tender screen will be displayed.

  1. Select the desired tender and put the amount.

  2. Click the Done button.

  1. The Gift Voucher Issue ID will be displayed. Click the Ok button. The gift vouchers will be issued as free/complimentary at the outlet.

Note: If you again try to sell a gift voucher, a message will display that the gift voucher has already been sold.

 

Sell Gift Vouchers at RetailEasy7 outlets

Use the gift voucher serial numbers to sell the gift vouchers at outlet.  

Steps to sell Gift Vouchers at Outlet:

  1. Click Sales > Sales bill. The Bill Entry screen will be displayed.

  2. In the field Code, press ENTER button. The Products List will be displayed.

  3. In the field Products List, select the gift voucher and press the ENTER button.

  4. A Serial Numbers screen is displayed with gift voucher serial numbers.

  5. In the Mark field, press SPACE BAR to select the gift voucher serial numbers to be sold.

  1. Click Ok.

  2. The Bill Entry screen displays a list of gift vouchers selected for selling.

  3. Press F6 or click Save to generate the bill.

  4. The Tender screen will be displayed.

  1. Select the required tender and enter the amount.

Note: The Balance field displays the amount to be paid for selling the gift voucher.

  1. Click Save.
