Accumulating Loyalty points [HQ]

Whenever a customer makes a purchase, loyalty points are accumulated against the customer or the loyalty card (for card-based programs).

Accumulating Loyalty Points in RetailEasy7:

To generate a sales bill and accumulate loyalty points:

  1. Click Sales > Sales Bill or press Ctrl + S to open the Sales Bill screen.

  2. Press F11 to select the customer.

  3. In the Customer Name field, press Enter to open the Customers List.

  4. Select the required customer and press Enter. The customer details are populated.

  5. In the Code field, press Enter to select the required item.

  6. Enter the quantity in the Qty field.

  7. Press F6 to open the Tender screen.

  8. Enter the amount using the required mode of payment.

  9. Click Save to save the bill.

  10. A message with the generated invoice number will be displayed. Click OK.

Once the bill is saved, the loyalty points are automatically accumulated and displayed in the Customer Details section when a loyalty customer is selected.

 

Accumulating Loyalty Points in RetailEasy6 / ServerEasy

Follow the steps below to generate a sales bill and accumulate loyalty points:

  1. Click Sales > Bill Entry or press Ctrl + B to open the Sales Bill screen.

  2. Press F11 to select the customer.

  3. In the Name field, press Enter to open the Customers List.

  4. Select the customer and press Enter.

  5. In the Code field, press Enter and select the required item.

  6. Enter the quantity in the Qty field.

  7. Press F6 to open the Tender screen.

  8. Enter the amount using the required mode of payment.

  9. Click Done to save the bill.

Note:

If the Popup Loyalty amount/Points while select customer option is enabled under

Tools > Configuration > Configuration, the loyalty points will be shown in a popup.

This popup appears only after loyalty points are calculated for the first time.
