Loyalty Card Activation / Deactivation [HQ]
Follow the steps below to activate or inactivate a loyalty card:
Navigate to Support > Migration > Loyalty Migration.
In the Configuration field, select Activate/Inactivate Loyalty Card from the drop-down.
Enter the Loyalty Card Number and select the required status (Active or Inactive).
Click Save.
After saving, the below pop-up will appear.
Note: If a loyalty card is set to Inactive, loyalty points cannot be accumulated or redeemed using that card.
