The Bank Master in HQ [ManageEasy] keeps track of the customer's banking details and acts as a sub-master for the customer master. When you're setting up the customer master, don't forget to include the customer's bank name, too. To sum it up, we can refer to it as the customer bank master.
Here’s how to create the bank master and fill in its details.
Go to MDM > Bank Master.

Click on Add to add the bank name.

Complete all the fields with your Bank Name, Branch Name, Street, Address, Place, Phone, RTGS, MICR, and IFSCODE, and press Save.

Click Send to Outlet to share the information with all the branches.

Note: When setting up the customer master, you'll have the option to select the newly created bank name from the available list. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
