Route Master

Route Master [HQ]

Route Master is used to present information regarding the routes along with their associated details.

To create the Route Master, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to MDM > Contact Master Management > Route Master.

  1. Click the New Route button.

Note: To learn more about the screen, click the ? icon in the top-left corner.

  1. Choose the preferred outlet from the options provided.

  1. Complete the Route Name, Address, and Remarks fields.

  1. Select one option from the Contact Type list: Quality Return, Stock Mismatch, Damage Return, or Others.

 

  1. Enter the contact name and mobile number.

  2. Click the Save button.

Note: You can find the newly added route in the report.

     OTP Info: OTP Information is utilized to show the OTP details that have been sent from the outlets.

     When you press the OTP Info button, you'll receive a report that includes the Mobile Number, Contact Type, OTP, Outlet Name, and Update Date.

 

Note: This menu is only available in HQ Restaurant & HQ Bakery.
