Lens Matrix Item Extension – Overview
The Lens Matrix Item Extension screen in Gofrugal HQ is used to configure supplier-wise item mapping for lens products, along with their corresponding power details.
This feature is especially useful for optical businesses that deal with:
Multiple suppliers
Different lens powers (SPH, CYL, Axis, Add Power, etc.)
Matrix-based item structures
Using this screen, you can:
Map lens matrix items to specific suppliers
Define and manage power combinations
Ensure accurate procurement and replenishment
Maintain consistency between supplier items and internal item codes
Next step
To configure the Lens Matrix Item Extension:
Open HQ and navigate to MDM > Item Master Management > Lens Matrix Item Extension.
Enter the required values for CYL, SPH, Total Power, ADDP, Supplier, and Priority, then click the Save button to store the Lens Matrix Item Extension details.
Click the Preview button to review the configured Lens Matrix Item Extension details before proceeding further.
Review the Preview to verify all generated power combinations. Once confirmed, click the Save Combinations button to save the mapped combinations successfully.
Click the Proceed button to complete the process and finalize the Lens Matrix Item Extension configuration.
Note: If you enable (toggle ON) the RX Enabled option, all the power-related values (CYL, SPH, Total Power, ADDP, etc.) will automatically be set to 0.
Verify the values as shown in the screenshot below, then click the Preview button to generate and review the power combinations before saving.
In this case, all generated combinations will show zero values (since RX Enabled is activated).
Click the Save Combinations button to save the power configurations.
Note: Once the RX Enabled option is activated, the power values cannot be reverted. Ensure this option is enabled only after careful confirmation.
