The Master - Unicode Mapping feature in GoFrugal HQ allows the integration of local languages into the software for printouts, enabling users to map regional languages to English. After mapping, data can be easily transferred to the POS system. The POS applications now support multilingual displays, letting customers view item names in their native languages on receipts and customize menu displays. This improvement enhances accessibility for non-English speaking customers.
To map the regional languages in the Master:
Language Setting Configuration:
Open the HQ and navigate to MDM > Master - Unicode Mapping.
From the Select Master dropdown, select Customer Master and Language will be selected as English by default.
Choose the customer's name you want and copy the same.
Open Google Translate and convert the English name into your desired language.
Copy the translated name.
Paste the copied regional language name in the Customer Local Name column.
Repeat this step for Building Local Address.
Click the Save & Send button.
