Next Step

Now, let's see how to configure Item Unicode Mapping in Gofrugal HQ, step by step.

  1. Select the required Category Value from the chosen category to further narrow down the item list.

Additionally, you can use the available Item Filter options to refine the results:

  • All – Displays all items.

  • Mapped – Shows only items that already have Unicode mapping.

  • Unmapped – Shows items without Unicode mapping.

  • Migration – Displays items pending or involved in migration-related mapping.

Use these filters to quickly identify and manage the required items for Unicode configuration.

Note:

  • Clicking All will display all items.

  • Clicking Mapped will display only the items that already have Unicode mapping.

  • Clicking Unmapped will display only the items without Unicode mapping.

Once the correct translation is displayed, copy the translated text for use in the Unicode Mapping screen.

  1. Paste the copied translated text into the Local Name field corresponding to the English item name.

Note: If you are viewing under All Mapped Items, the updated Unicode names will be displayed in the list once saved.

Note: If you select Unmapped Items, only the items without Unicode mapping will be displayed.
After entering the translated Local Name and saving, those items will move from the Unmapped list to the Mapped list.

Note: If you select Mapped Items, only the items that already have a saved Unicode (Local Name) mapping will be displayed.
You can review or modify the translated names from this list if required.

  1. Click the Save and Send button to save your changes and transmit the Unicode mapping details to the selected outlets.

Note:

  • Click Reset to refresh the screen.
