Bulk Item Insert [HQ]
The Bulk Item Insert screen allows you to create items quickly and import them from Excel. Ensure that options in dropdown menus, such as Manufacturer, Category, and Supplier, are set up beforehand.
To perform this process:
Open HQ and navigate to Support > Migration > Bulk Item Insert.
Enter values in the fields, such as Item Name, Short Name, Manufacturer Name, Supplier Name, and others.
Click the Save button.
Click the SEND TO OUTLET button to send the newly created masters.
Note: If a duplicate item name is entered, the following pop-up is displayed.
Click the Columns button to enable or disable columns on the screen.
The following explains how to perform this using an Excel file:
Open an Excel file and enter the data exactly in the same format as shown on the screen.
Copy the data from the Excel sheet and paste it into the screen.
Note: Ensure that dropdown options, such as Manufacturer, Category, and Supplier, are created before accessing this screen.
Click the SEND TO OUTLET button.

Check at HQ:
Open HQ and navigate to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Master.
Verify whether the items have been created.
Open NetTrade and review the reports.
Open the POS and check the Item Master to verify whether the items have been synced.
