Gofrugal HQ's Item Conversion Price Bulk Update feature allows you to efficiently modify conversion prices for multiple items at once. This streamlines the process, reduces errors, and saves time.

How to update item conversion prices in bulk

Manual process

1. From the dashboard, navigate to MDM > Conversion Master > Item Conversion Price Bulk Update.

2. Select the desired outlet from the list.

3. Select the desired item from the list and click Apply.

4. The Outlet Name, Item Code, Item Name, and all the Conversion Names, along with their Selling Prices, will be displayed on the screen. Enter the desired selling price and then press Enter.

5. To finish the process, click Save & Send.

Note: The changes will be sent automatically from the HQ to outlets. 

CSV upload

How to upload rates in bulk using a CSV file

1. Select the desired outlet from the list and then click CSV Filter button.

2. Click Download Template from the pop-up to download the CSV file.

*Note: Take an item and check the item code, conversion name, and selling rate so that you can fill in the details in the downloaded sheet.

3. Open the CSV file you just downloaded and fill out the itemCode, convName, and sellingPrice fields and save the file and close it.

4. Click the CSV Filter button on the Item Conversion Master Bulk Update page to open a pop-up titled Import CSV Filter. In the pop-up, click Choose File to select the downloaded CSV file.

5. Select the edited file and click Open.

6. Click Import to load the new selling prices.

*Note: You can verify that the new selling prices have been updated on the screen.

7. Once you've confirmed the most recent selling prices, click Save & Send. First, a message will appear saying "Saved Successfully" and then "Sending data to outlet. Wait for few seconds," letting you know that the data has been saved and sent successfully. 

*Note: Once sent, the screen will come back to the blank screen. There is no need to click DISMISS. Please check the screenshot below for your reference.
