Error in Printing

When the Message - 'Error in Printing Please check your print service running or not' is shown, Please follow the check list mentioned below.

1. To Check whether the Easy Print tool is running, open your task manager and check if 'Print Sync' is shown in the Task manager

2. If 'Print Sync' is not present in the task bar, to run the print tool Go to Local Disc (C:) --> Program files(x86) --> Raymedi Easy Print --> Double click on 'Print Sync' and then the Print service will start running.

3. If the Raymedi Easy Print Folder is not present in the Program Files(x86), then the Easy Print tool is not installed in the system. Hence click the below attached help link to download the print tool : Download and install Easyprint tool

Also, you can refer to the above help link to set the profiles for printing invoices, barcodes.

4. If Print Sync is disappearing every time after restarting the system then you can add the Print tool application in Start up menu so that you can avoid restarting the print tool every time and the respective error 'Error in Printing Please check your print service running or not' won't display.

1.While trying to print, if the pop-up message “Error in Printing: Please check your print service running or not” appears even though the print tool is already running?

Answer:it may occur because local network access in Chrome security settings is blocked or not allowed.

To resolve this,kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1:Go to Google Chrome → click on the three dots (⋮) at the top right corner → select Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Permissions → Additional Permissions → Local Network Access.

  • Under “Not allowed to connect to any device on your local network”,
    check if the TruePOS URL is listed.

    • If it is listed, edit and remove it.


  • Under “Allowed to connect to any device on your local network”,
    click Add, then enter the following truepos URL ( https://demo.true-pos.com) and add it.


  • After completing these steps, please try printing again.
