How to allow GRN picker to enter Invoice details from mobile in GoSure GRN(RetailEasy7)?
In GoSure app, GRN picker will not have access to all the fields in mobile app and the control over what fields are to be displayed for the GRN pickers is with the GRN manager, who can configure it in the web-app.
Benefits of configuring the visibility of Invoice details in mobile
The GRN manager can either enable or disable the configuration in the GRN web-app, to control the visibility of the Invoice number, Invoice amount and Invoice date fields to the GRN pickers in the mobile app. By having control over this feature, the GRN manager can protect the Invoice details from the notice of employees to avoid any misuse.
How to allow GRN picker to enter Invoice details from mobile in GoSure?
Step 1: Enable "Allow GRN Picker to enter Invoice No and Invoice Amount from mobile" in the GoSure web-app.
Step 2: In the GRN module of GoSure, click on "+Supplier Details" at the top and in the pop-up window that appears, the Invoice number, Invoice Amount and Invoice Date fields will be visible, in which you can fill in the details.
NOTE: If the option "Allow GRN Picker to enter Invoice No and Invoice Amount from mobile" is disabled in GoSure GRN web-app configuration, the Invoice No, Invoice amount and Invoice Date fields will not be visible in the mobile app.
Conclusion: By following the above steps, the GRN manager can either enable or disable the visibility of Invoice No, Invoice amount and Invoice date fields to the GRN pickers in the GoSure mobile app.
