How to map receipt template to locations in ServQuick?
Using this feature, you can map different types of templates for Sales, Refunds, Transfer Out, KOT, Orders, and Transfer Out Delivery receipts for various locations.
Benefit:
This feature helps you to change the templates for any location based on your requirement. By changing attractive templates, you can gain more customers' attention.
Steps to map receipt template to locations in ServQuick
Step1: Go to Settings, under Organizations choose Locations
Step2: If you want to map the template to the existing location, click on the Edit option of the respective location
Step3: Under the Receipt Template section, choose the desired Template which you want to map
--> Here you can map the updated template for receipt, KOT, Refund, Purchase,Transfer out, PO & SO, Choose the template from the drop-down and Update
Note: You can check the preview of the template by clicking the Preview option provided
Step4: Click on Update to complete the mapping process
If you want to map the template to the new location, click on the Add Location option and continue the steps. Now you can map your favorite templates for all your receipts!
