How to configure multiple printers?

Multiple Printer Configuration
The multiple printer configuration comprises of
  • Configuring the Primary Printer 
  • Configuring the Secondary Printer
Steps for Configuring the Primary Printer
  1. Click Tools > Configuration Manager > Device Settings.
  2. The Print Profile screen is displayed.



  3. Click Print Design.
    Note: By default the values in Bill Entry and Profile Name is selected. To select another profile name, select the another values in Profile Type and Profile Name and click Print Design.
  4. An Easy Print Designer screen is displayed.



  5. Click General > Printer.
  6. The Printer Setting screen of the selected profile is displayed.



  7. In the Select the Printer field, click select the printer field. A list of Available Printers are displayed, select the printer.
  8. Click Apply to set the primary printer.
Steps for Configuring the Secondary Printer
  1. In the Easy Print Designer screen, click Multiple Printer Setting icon.



  2. The Multiple Printer Configuration screen is displayed.



  3. In the Select the Printer field, click select the printer field. A list of Configured Printer is displayed, select the printer.
  4. Click Add. This adds the secondary printer.
    Note:
    • The Printer Name displays the added printer name.
    • To add more printers follow Step 3 and 4.
  5. Click Close to exit the screen.
