Log files are automatically created to store a record of the issues after enabling the login writing from your application. When sending log files to developers, they find it easier to troubleshoot and debug their creations when they access a textual record of the events that the system is producing.
1.Sync Pending Data Log - these logs they can be posted directly and no need to enable log writing. These logs need to be posted only when there is pending offline data in mobile where even when coming online and if the data is not synced, this data should be posted.
2.ZIP database and export - User can be able to share the database to the developer to analyze the issue if the database size is less than 10MB they can share directly or they need to attach the database in mail and share the database.
Steps to send Log file from Gosure:
Step 1: Open GoSure Application in the Mobile. Click on three lines that shows in the left top corner as shown below.
Step 2: Once clicking on the Main Menu----The menu details will load, click on Settings as shown below.
Step 3: After clicking on Setting menu, the details will load, make sure the option "Allow Log" should be enabled as shown below to send the log.
Step 4: The member should enable the log only when they are facing an issue then disable the log and only after disabling the log writing, they can send the log.
Step 5: Click on Send Log to send the log to developers. Once you send the log, the pop up message will show as "Sent Successfully" as shown below. Similarly, there are other ways to send the log to Developers such as Send Pending data log, when you click on Send Pending Data Log, the log will be sent to developers and also you can zip the database and export the log and send it to developers as shown in the below images.
