Email Configuration

Email Configuration [HQ]

The Email Configuration screen allows you to schedule emails from HQ to selected employees for MIS and reporting purposes. Six categories are available: Purchase Order, Sales Summary, Loyalty Points, Customer Account Statement, Customer Outstanding Statement, and Offer Add Update.

To configure these settings:

  1. Open HQ and navigate to Add-ons > Email Process > Email Configuration.

  1. Click the Edit icon to open the pop-up window.

  2. In the pop-up:

  • Enter the From Email ID, Cc, Bcc, and Subject for the email to be sent to the mapped employee. Use relevant keywords, as their values will update dynamically when the email is sent. For multiple Cc or Bcc email address, separate them with a comma.

  • Choose a Trigger Type for sending the email: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

  • Select the Status for this category. Choosing Inactive will suspend email generation for this category.

  • The trigger is based on the SMS setup configuration. For example, an email can be sent to a customer when loyalty points exceed a specified threshold. Configure the email content accordingly.

  1. Click the Save button to complete the process.
