Backup Configuration [HQ]
This screen serves multiple purposes, including making incremental backup requests from outlets, activating or suspending backup statuses, enabling or disabling accounts, sending NetTrade configurations, and managing audit settings. It also displays information like Last Success Time, Backup Status, Remarks or Reason, Accounts, and Audit status.
The following section explains how to set up the NT backup configuration from HQ:
Open HQ and navigate to NetTrade > Data sync > Configuration > Backup Configuration.
Select the outlets where you want to apply the settings.
Select the required option from the list. For example, choose Backup Request – Incremental.
In this case, the Send Request button is displayed. Click it to send the requests to the outlets.
For the other options, you must enter the admin user password to update the status.
Note: The most important section is Remarks, where you can view the reasons for any backup failures.
