Scheduler Configuration - Overview
The Scheduler Configuration screen in HQ allows you to configure and manage automated data synchronization schedules directly from HQ. Using this screen, you can set up schedules for Item Stock synchronization and Connect-Plus data sync.
On this screen, you can:
View the current scheduled time intervals for all available service types
Create or refresh schedules centrally from HQ
To create a new schedule, click Create Schedule. This action automatically refreshes the existing configuration.
Schedule Types
Item Stock Schedule
Defines the sync interval for item stock data sent from outlets to HQ.
Connect-Plus Data Sync
Defines the data synchronization interval from HQ to Connect-Plus.
Follow the steps below to configure data sync intervals using the Scheduler Configuration screen in HQ:
Open HQ and navigate to Admin > Configuration > Scheduler Configuration.
Click Create Schedule to create or refresh the scheduler configuration.
Select Connect-Plus Data Sync, Item Stock Schedule, or HQ Ping Job from the Service Type drop-down list.
Select Minutes or Hours from the Time In drop-down list.
Enter the Interval Value, then click Save to apply the schedule.
Click Instant Sync to Connect-Plus to initiate the synchronization immediately.
Note: The Stock Schedule is a critical configuration for OrderEasy and other integrations that require regular stock synchronization.
