Item Wise Supplier Mapping – Overview
The Item Wise Supplier Mapping feature in Gofrugal HQ allows businesses to map items to specific suppliers individually and designate one supplier as the Main Supplier.
When a supplier is selected in the Central Purchase screen, all items mapped to that supplier will automatically be loaded, simplifying the procurement process.
To configure Item Wise Supplier Mapping in Gofrugal HQ:
Navigate to BPM > Purchase Management > Supplier Settings > Item Wise Supplier Mapping.
Select the required item from the list.
Click GO to view the suppliers already mapped to that item (if any).
Choose the required supplier from the list.
Click Mark as Main Supplier if you want to assign the selected supplier as the Primary Supplier for the item.
After mapping, the screen will display:
Item Code
Supplier Name
Supplier Type (Main / Secondary)
Outcome
Once mapped:
When the supplier is selected on the Central Purchase screen, all items mapped to that supplier will load automatically
Making purchase entry will be faster and more accurate.
