Supplier Wise Item Mapping – Overview
The Supplier Wise Item Mapping feature in Gofrugal HQ is used when multiple suppliers supply the same item.
In such cases, you can:
Map both suppliers to the item
Designate one supplier as the Main Supplier
Mark the other(s) as Other / Secondary Supplier
Why This is Required
When two suppliers supply the same product:
One supplier may be preferred due to better pricing or credit terms
Another supplier may be used as a backup
Availability may vary based on stock conditions
By marking one supplier as Main, the system will:
Automatically load the main supplier during purchase entry
Reduce supplier selection errors
Maintain procurement priority

How to Perform Supplier Wise Item Mapping in HQ
To configure Supplier Wise Item Mapping in Gofrugal HQ:
Navigate to BPM > Purchase Management > Supplier Settings > Supplier Wise Item Mapping.
Select the required Supplier from the list and click the Go button.
The mapped items associated with the selected supplier are displayed on the right for review.
Select the required Supplier Type (Main / Others) from the list, then click the New Map button to complete the supplier mapping for the selected item.
A confirmation popup will appear stating “Main Supplier Mapped for the Item Successfully”, indicating that the supplier has been set as the main supplier for the selected item.
To quickly verify the mapped item, press Ctrl + F and enter the Item Name.
The system will highlight the item in the list, allowing you to confirm the supplier mapping easily.
Click the Send to Outlet or Send to Selected Outlet button to transmit the Supplier Wise Item Mapping configuration to the respective outlets.
