What are the Steps for Field Value based printer setting?

Field Value based printer setting
The Field Value based printer setting is used to route the documents to the respective printers in a kitchen based on the field values.

Steps for Field Value based printer setting
  1. In the Easy Print Designer screen, click Value based printer setting.



  2. The Field Value based printer setting screen is displayed.



  3. In the Configured System List section, the list of configured printers in a profile are displayed.
    • Primary Printer - it is a default printer of the profile.
    • Secondary Printer - it includes the printers which are added through the multiple printer configuration.
  4. Select the Printer.



  5. In the Field List section, the list of defined fields are displayed. Select the TableId.



     
  6. The Please select below the field value screen is displayed.



  7. Select the required Table. Double click or press SPACE BAR to select the table. Click Apply.
  8. The mapped Table Id is displayed in the Field Value.



  9. Click Save Setting. 
  10. A message Do you wish to save the setting is displayed. Click Yes.



Note:
  • Please follow the step 2 to 10 for configuring the table for other printers (Secondary Printers).
  • Defined value - Defined field list the values that is created in the master. For more detail on defined field, see Easy Print - Defined Field
  • Undefined - Undefined field does not list the values from the master. For more more detail on undefined field, see Easy Print - Undefined Field
