How to route Field Value Based Printer Setting?

Routing Field Value Based Printer Setting

Steps for Routing Field Value Based Printer Setting
  1. In the Easy Print Designer screen, click Value based printer setting icon to display field value based printer setting.



  2. The Field Value based printer setting screen is displayed.



  3. In the Configured System List section, the list of configured printers in a profile are displayed.
    • Primary Printer - it is a default printer of the profile.
    • Secondary Printer - it includes the printers which are added through the multiple printer configuration.
  4. Select the Printer.



  5. Click the Detail/Tax/Outstand Section.



  6. Click Show Undefined Field. The undefined Field List is displayed.



  7. Double click the Item_GroupId to display enter the field value pop-up screen.



  8. In the Enter the field value pop-up screen, enter the code of Item Classifier to be mapped.
    For example -
     

    Classifier Name

    Code

    Vegetarian

    2

    Non-Vegetarian

    3

    Desserts

    4

    Beverages

    5

    Enter 2 for Vegetarian.

  9. Click Apply. The Classifier gets added to the printer Kitchen1.



  10. Click Save Settings to save the settings.
  11. A message Do you wish to save the setting is displayed. Click Yes.



  12. The successful configuration of the Printer Setting Name is displayed by blue color.



Note: To route the other printers, please follow step 3 to 12.
