Retailers want the app users to engage with their brand social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram. Using the social media menu feature in OrderEasy, retailers can create a social media menu in their online ordering application and enable the users to engage and buy on the respective platforms.
Steps to create a social media menu in OrderEasy:
1. Go to Configuration -> POS registration -> Click on Edit
2. Choose the platform from the "Social media" drop down.
3. Mention the link of your social media account
4. Click on "Submit" to save the details.
Once the details are submitted, your app users will be able to find the "instagram" menu at the bottom and the cart menu will be moved to the top right corner as shown in the below image.
Upon clicking the menu, the user will be redirected to your social media account. If you have chosen Whatsapp in the configuration screen and mentioned the Whatsapp profile link, the users will be redirected to Whatsapp and they can be able to text you for any queries.
